Privacy Policy regarding the protection of personal data processed within the cojafoce.com website

Notice to Existing and New Customers:

Pursuant to Article 13(1) and (2) of the General Data Protection Regulation of April 27, 2016 (OJ EU L 2016.119.1) (hereinafter “GDPR”), we hereby inform you that:

1. The controller of your personal data is Marcin Zygmunt (hereinafter “Controller”);

2. Your personal data will be processed for the following purposes:

1. to provide services rendered by the Controller pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR (for the performance of a contract),

2. sending a photography/graphics offer by the Controller pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR (consent granted to the Controller by the data subject), (if consent has been given by you).

3. The recipients of your personal data will be external entities processing data on behalf of the Controller pursuant to data processing agreements (e.g., a hosting provider);

4. Your personal data will not be transferred to a third country or an international organization;

5. Your personal data will be stored for the duration of the services provided by the Controller and for the period resulting from the statute of limitations on claims, consumer rights, accounting requirements, or other relevant legal obligations;

6. In connection with the processing of your personal data by the Controller, you have certain rights:

1. You have the right to know what personal data concerning you is being processed by the Controller and to receive a copy of that data (the so-called right of access);

2. If the processed data becomes outdated or incomplete (or otherwise inaccurate), you have the right to request that it be corrected;

3. In certain situations, you may request that the Controller delete your personal data, i.e., when the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which the Controller informed you; when you withdraw your consent to data processing (unless the Controller has a legal basis to process the data); if the processing were to take place unlawfully; or if the need to delete the data arises from the Controller’s legal obligation;

4. The Controller processes your personal data for the purpose of presenting an offer of photography/graphic design services. In the case of such processing, you have the right to object. As a result, the Controller will cease to process your personal data for the purpose described above;

5. You may withdraw your consent at any time by sending an email to the Controller. This will have the effect that the processing carried out prior to the withdrawal of consent will remain lawful; however, after the withdrawal of consent, the Controller will no longer process the data for the purposes for which consent was given, which will simultaneously prevent the Controller from presenting you with a photography offer;

6. If you believe that the personal data being processed is inaccurate, that the processing is unlawful, or that the Controller no longer needs certain data, or if you object to the processing, you may also request that, for a specific, necessary period of time (e.g., to verify the accuracy of the data or pursue legal claims), the Controller does not perform any operations on the data but only stores it;

7. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office if you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR;

8. The collected data is not subject to profiling. We collect, among other things, information regarding events planned by Clients that they would like to capture in photographs in order to present an offer to the Client for the purpose of providing the best possible services and to perform the services;

9. Providing your personal data is a prerequisite for presenting an offer, entering into a contract, and performing the services. You are required to provide this information, and failure to do so will result in the Administrator’s inability to perform the services.
