Cookie policy

The Polish version of this policy prevails in case of any discrepancy.

1. Who is responsible

cojafoce.com is run by mzygmunt Marcin Zygmunt, Przyłęk 112, 36-107 Przyłęk, Poland, VAT ID (NIP) 8172023385. Contact: kontakt@mzygmunt.com.

2. What cookies and browser storage are

Cookies are small text files saved on your device. Browser storage (localStorage) works in a similar way. They let a site remember information it needs to work.

3. What this site uses

The site shows the Wix platform's cookie banner (the Usercentrics consent management tool). On your first visit you choose there which cookie categories you agree to.

Necessary (no consent required)

• Technical cookies of the Wix platform (e.g. "wixSession", "XSRF-TOKEN", "client-session-bind"): security, abuse protection and correct delivery of the site.
• Visitor session (localStorage, key starting with "wix-visitor"): an anonymous token that lets the site load the portfolio and posts from the Wix platform and send the inquiry form.
• Your cookie banner choices (Usercentrics): remembers what you consented to.

These are used on the basis of Art. 399(2) of the Polish Electronic Communications Law: they are necessary to provide the service you request.

Functional, analytics and marketing (with consent)

• Wix platform statistics: anonymous data about visits and use of the site that helps me improve it.
• Marketing tools: enabled only if you consent to this category.

The legal basis is your consent (Art. 399(1) of the Polish Electronic Communications Law and Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). The tools are provided by Wix.com Ltd. and the processors listed in the Privacy policy.

4. External content

The Instagram link leads to an external service with its own cookie policy.

5. Managing cookies

You can change or withdraw your consent in the privacy settings (cookie banner), and delete cookies and site data or block them in your browser settings. Blocking necessary technologies may stop the portfolio or the form from working properly.

6. Changes

If the tools used on the site change, I will update this policy. More on data processing in the Privacy policy.
